While personal data is primarily stored locally on your device, anonymous usage and product data is collected to provide essential service features.

3. User Access and Data

No Account Required: Shaving Sherpa works without creating an account or providing personal information. You can start using the app immediately after installation.

Your Responsibilities

• Device security: Protect your device and app data using your device's built-in security features
• Backup management: Use your device's backup systems (iCloud, Google Backup) if you want to preserve your data
• App usage: Use the app in accordance with these terms and applicable laws
• Data accuracy: Ensure any data you enter is accurate for your own tracking purposes

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

5. Payment Terms

Premium App: Shaving Sherpa is a premium application that requires a one-time purchase. Payment will be processed through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

Future Optional Features: We may introduce optional premium features in the future that may require additional subscription fees. Any such features will be clearly identified, and payment will be processed through your device's app store.

Refunds: Refund policies are governed by the app store's terms and conditions. Please refer to your app store's refund policy for details.

6. Privacy and Data

7. Intellectual Property

8. User Content

You retain complete ownership: All personal content you create in Shaving Sherpa (shaving logs, product data, notes, photos) remains entirely yours and stays on your device.

Anonymous data collection: We collect anonymous, aggregated usage and product data to improve the app and provide essential service features. This data cannot be traced back to individual users and contains no personal content.

No content licensing: We do not require any license to your personal content since it remains on your device. Your personal data is yours alone.

9. Disclaimers

The information on this service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our service and the use of this service.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Shaving Sherpa, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.

11. Termination

No accounts to terminate: Since Shaving Sherpa doesn't require accounts, there are no accounts to suspend or terminate.

App access: We may remove the app from app stores or discontinue support if necessary, but your existing data will remain on your device.

Your control: You can stop using the service at any time by simply uninstalling the app. This will remove all your local data.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
